Nothing – diagnostics are free. We find the fault, tell you the price and timescale, and only start the repair once you agree.
How long does a repair take?
We can do many repairs while you wait. We’ll give you an exact date after diagnostics, before we start work.
What spare parts do you use?
Original or OEM parts. We always agree the price of the repair with you in advance.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes, our repairs come with a warranty. You’ll find the details in our repair terms.
Can I send my device by post?
Yes. Choose “Send by post” in the form and send the device to our shop: Máchova 877/4, 466 01 Jablonec nad Nisou.
Where can I drop off a repair?
At the MOBILEPOINT shops in Jablonec nad Nisou (Máchova 877/4) and Turnov (Palackého 472). Both shops are closed at weekends.
