Frequently asked questions
I’ve spilt something on my MacBook. What should I do?
Switch it off, unplug the charger and bring it in for diagnostics as soon as possible. We’ll clean the MacBook and repair the logic board if needed.
Can you replace the drive in my Mac with an SSD?
Yes, we do SSD upgrades and can install macOS for you too.
How much does a Mac repair cost?
It depends on the model and the fault. We’ll tell you the price and timescale after the free diagnostics, before we start the repair.
Where should I bring my Mac?
Bring it to our shop in Jablonec nad Nisou or Turnov. You can also post it to Jablonec: choose “Send by post” in the form and send the parcel to Máchova 877/4, 466 01 Jablonec nad Nisou.
Can I sell my old Mac?
