Prices cover labour and a standard part. For drives and memory, the part is charged on top, depending on what you choose.
For screens and batteries, there are two part qualities: an original part costs more, a premium (OEM) part less. We’ll discuss which suits your device beforehand.

My laptop overheats and is noisy. What can be done?
We’ll clean the cooling system or replace the fan if needed. We’ll find out exactly what’s needed during the free diagnostics.
Can an old laptop be made faster?
Swapping the hard drive for an SSD and adding memory often helps. We’ll tell you what makes sense for your laptop after diagnostics.
Will I lose my data during the repair?
If you can, back up your data before the repair. If the laptop won’t start, we can try to recover your data.
Where should I bring my laptop?
Bring it to our shop in Jablonec nad Nisou or Turnov. You can also post it to Jablonec: choose “Send by post” in the form and send the parcel to Máchova 877/4, 466 01 Jablonec nad Nisou.
